Scan the QR code on your sneaker's tongue, or choose "Send in old sneaker" when buying the next size. Then simply follow the instructions.
Right now we focus on children's shoes – that's where the size change happens most often. Adult sizes are an idea for the future.
We check, clean and repair every sneaker sent back. Worn parts are replaced and holes are covered with new, colourful patches.
The NEUNOIs are made in Portugal and transported from there to Switzerland.
