Has your NEUNOI become too small? Then we'd be glad if you sent it back to us! Because we're on a mission: one day only old, repaired NEUNOIs should be on sale. For us, sustainability begins in the design of the shoe. NEUNOIs are built so their individual parts can easily be replaced. As of now, all NEUNOIs that can be ordered are still unused. To reach our goal, we're currently collecting as many old sneakers as possible. We repair them and – once enough have been collected – put them back on sale. So by sending yours back to us, you give a sneaker a second life.

You can start the trade-in in two ways:

  1. Scan the QR code on the tongue of your old sneaker and follow the instructions.
  2. Select the next size of your desired model, click the "Send in old sneaker" button and follow the instructions on our page.

Once you've received your new sneaker, you can conveniently send us the old, worn pair back with the enclosed shipping label, or have it picked up at your home by the post. You enjoy the stress-free size change and we take care of all the old NEUNOIs. We check, clean and repair the used sneakers until they look like new again.

Is your old pair already too worn out?

Then we'd still be glad if you sent it back to us! If passing it on is no longer possible, individual parts may still be useful for our internal recycling. If not, we'll take conscientious care of the proper disposal of all parts.

FAQ

It's the only way a real cycle emerges: after refurbishment, your old pair becomes a sneaker for another child again. The more that come back, the less has to be newly produced.

As of now, all orderable NEUNOIs are new and unused. In the first phase we collect old sneakers, refurbish them and only then put them back on sale.

We check, clean and repair every sneaker sent back. Worn parts are replaced and holes are covered with new, colourful patches.

The NEUNOIs are made in Portugal and transported from there to Switzerland. The sole comes from Italy.

No. Because we work with leftover materials, every pair is unique with small differences in colour and texture.

Every colourway is made from a limited amount of leftover material. Once it's used up, the colourway is sold out.

With the subscription you automatically get the next size once your child outgrows it, and send the old pair back – with a discount and without having to think about it.
