The upper is made entirely from local leftover materials. Only the sole comes from Italy.
The suede patches cover and protect heavily used areas and give every shoe its own character. More patches are added during repair, making the sneaker's look even more colourful and individual.
The sturdy canvas provides stability, breathability and a pleasant, natural wearing comfort. Canvas has water-repellent qualities and develops a beautiful patina. Holes and larger damage to the fabric can be covered by us during repair with leather patches or other add-ons.
The lining made of certified recycled cotton feels soft and provides pleasant comfort – even when worn for a long time. If the lining ever stops looking nice, it can simply be taken out and replaced.
The sturdy sole comes from Italy and contains small pieces of cork. It is designed so it can be replaced when needed.
The elastic velcro strap and the generous entry area make it easier for small children to put the shoes on and take them off, while still providing a stable hold.
Plenty of toe room allows flexible movement and offers enough protection for active children's feet.
The reflective slip-on tab makes putting the shoes on and taking them off easier for small children and makes the sneaker more visible in everyday life.
We celebrate repair(ability) with colourful, eye-catching seams. Particularly present is the front seam, which attaches the tongue. All individual parts are connected in a way that makes any repair as easy as possible.
Psst…! The little secret pocket can hide found treasures, lucky charms or small notes. The entire tongue, which holds the secret pocket, can also be replaced.

It's the only way a real cycle emerges: after refurbishment, your old pair becomes a sneaker for another child again. The more that come back, the less has to be newly produced.
As of now, all orderable NEUNOIs are new and unused. In the first phase we collect old sneakers, refurbish them and only then put them back on sale.
In two ways: scan the QR code on the tongue of your old sneaker, or choose "Send in old sneaker" when buying the next size. Then simply follow the instructions.
We check, clean and repair every sneaker sent back. Worn parts are replaced and holes are covered with new, colourful patches.
The NEUNOIs are made in Portugal and transported from there to Switzerland. The sole comes from Italy.
No. Because we work with leftover materials, every pair is unique with small differences in colour and texture.
Every colourway is made from a limited amount of leftover material. Once it's used up, the colourway is sold out.
With the subscription you automatically get the next size once your child outgrows it, and send the old pair back – with a discount and without having to think about it.
