① The NEUNOIs are produced in Portugal and transported from there to Switzerland.
② You pick your NEUNOI on our website.
③ You wear the sneaker until it becomes too small for you (about 4-10 months).
④ You order the next size. Has your NEUNOI become too small? ... Then scan the QR code inside the tongue of your shoe and order the next pair online. Once the new one has arrived, you can send the old one back to us.**
⑤ The old pair gets repaired. While you always wear well-fitting sneakers, every NEUNOI sent back is refurbished by us: whatever is needed gets replaced. Holes are covered with new, colourful patches.**
⑥ After the repair, the old sneaker is like “new” again and offered for sale once more. The process now starts again at point two.**
**This description reflects our goal of keeping children's shoes in circulation longer. As of now, all NEUNOIs on sale are new and unused. In the first phase, the old sneakers are systematically collected, repaired and then made available again on the website or in selected stores.

It's the only way a real cycle emerges: after refurbishment, your old pair becomes a sneaker for another child again. The more that come back, the less has to be newly produced.
As of now, all orderable NEUNOIs are new and unused. In the first phase we collect old sneakers, refurbish them and only then put them back on sale.
In two ways: scan the QR code on the tongue of your old sneaker, or choose "Send in old sneaker" when buying the next size. Then simply follow the instructions.
We check, clean and repair every sneaker sent back. Worn parts are replaced and holes are covered with new, colourful patches.

No. Because we work with leftover materials, every pair is unique with small differences in colour and texture.
Every colourway is made from a limited amount of leftover material. Once it's used up, the colourway is sold out.
With the subscription you automatically get the next size once your child outgrows it, and send the old pair back – with a discount and without having to think about it.
