Our sneakers fit true to size. The size guide on the product page shows the recommended foot length for each size – it's best to measure your child's foot in the evening.
Yes, you can order several sizes and return the unworn ones. For unnecessary multiple returns, however, a small processing fee applies (see Returns).
A reservation isn't currently possible. As our colourways are limited, we recommend ordering soon.
Every colourway is made from leftover materials and is therefore limited. Sold-out colours are usually not re-produced – but new ones are added all the time.
With a normal purchase you own the sneaker. With the subscription you automatically receive the next size once your child outgrows it, and send the old pair back – usually cheaper and without having to think about it.

We currently ship exclusively within Switzerland. International orders are only possible on request.
Within Switzerland your order usually reaches you within 3–5 working days.
We ship with Swiss Post. You'll receive tracking by email.

Returns
Yes. Unworn sneakers can be returned within 14 days of receipt. The shoes may only be tried on indoors and must reach us again in flawless condition.
No. A return is sending back an ill-fitting, unworn sneaker directly after purchase. With the trade-in system you send back a worn sneaker your child has outgrown – and receive a discount on the successor model.
Just get in touch. NEUNOIs are built so individual parts can be replaced or repaired – often we can fix the sneaker instead of replacing it.
For a regular return you cover the return shipping costs. For unnecessary multiple returns we also charge a processing fee of CHF 10.00 per additional returned pair.
Unworn returns go back on sale. Worn sneakers from the trade-in system are checked, cleaned and repaired by us until they look like new again.
